Returns, Refunds and/or Item Replacement. 
  • Custom Units are Final Sale due to unit being custom to each client preferences.
Custom orders are made especially for you according to your specifications one hair at a time, therefore, returns are not accepted. We recommend that you take your measurements carefully (we recommend taking measures three times) to ensure that your custom order fits correctly. We will not accept returns due to custom orders not fitting properly, or if it does not produce the look you wanted for yourself.

If you’re looking to get an item replaced or a refund we're here to help! Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to chat with us about your concerns. Instead of returning items you can contact us for a full refund.
Why ??
Refunds run counter to our emphasis on sustainability every return has a carbon footprint. So let us know what went wrong and attach pictures and/or video to help us understand your issue and we’ll provide you with a full refund.
