Job Responsibilities:

• Help customers with online orders or create invoice orders via chat
• Promote brand awareness through networking and customer engagement
• Update web pages if you make any changes to your prices, services, add or subtract products, or even add new team members.
• Reply to live chat sales and phone customer service support inquiries
• Process refund, return and exchanges.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Daily access to a PC computer or smartphone with internet/email access
• Problem solver - The ability to quickly adapt and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
